I use Knex which is a SQL query builder library or you can use cloud services API to store data in a cloud database. You can also use Node APIs to integrate a Python script that you created for data analysis

Using Docker puts everything in a container to ensure consistency if your on a team. For example, you can specify that you all are using the same version of Node or Python in the project, even though you have different version on each persons computer.
